From a Punjabi kitchen to a London table.

Mannat was born from a recipe book passed down three generations  handwritten in Gurmukhi, stained with turmeric, treasured like a family heirloom.

When our founders moved from Amritsar to London, they brought with them more than spices. They brought a philosophy of feeding people with intention — every dish a small offering, every meal an act of love.

Today, we honour that legacy with a kitchen that respects tradition and a dining room that embraces the comfort culture of British dining. Linen napkins. Crystal glassware. Real candles. And a kulcha that still tastes like home.
